- A minimum rental period of one week is required
- Beyond the first week, part weeks will be charged at daily rates.

- 3 week bookings attract a 5% discount
- 4 week or longer bookings attract a 10% discount
- 5% off for booking four months or more in advance
- Re-bookers receive an extra discount of 10% independent of the duration of stay
- It is possible to use more than one discount up to a maximum discount of 15%

What is included in the rate?
- Air-condition for all rooms (3 bedrooms and lounge) at no extra charge
- All bed linen and towels (except pool and beach towels) are supplied and changed weekly together with a weekly general cleaning of the villa.
- Pool and garden maintained every few days.
- Pool heating at no extra charge.
Payments
Booking Guarantee
- A non refundable deposit of 30% is required on the accommodation price for booking guarantee.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or locally subject to prior arrangement with us.
- All necessary details for the payment transaction will be provided during the booking process.
Balance of payment
- Balance of payment by cash on arrival, alternatively, by bank transfer, due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation
In the event of you cancelling the booking, no refund is made. It is therefore strongly recommended that you take out a Travel Insurance.
In the event that you do not obtain a final confirmation of availability a full refund of the deposit paid will be made.
