In this 2003 built spacious 3 bedroom villa will sleep up to six people. The high quality villa has an open plan living area with a feature fireplace dividing the dining area and lounge. The living area has a comfortable three-piece leather suite and coffee tables. Two out of three bedrooms have twin beds and share a generous bathroom, whilst the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. All rooms including lounge have air-conditioning units. The villa is fully equipped for self catering and will suit all your holiday needs. To ensure a continuous sense of well-being the villa has been built with extra structural engineering measures for passive thermal insulation on the walls, the roof and the windows. The TV offers a variety of english or US movies from local stations, via satellite english news channels like BBC Worldservice, CNN etc for information needs plus english radio channels for entertainment. There are also a few DVD's in the villa (some for Kids). More DVD's are available from the Polis video rental. The DVD-Player is also capable of playing CD's and MP3 discs.
Situated on the outskirts of the pretty traditional Cypriot village Neo Chorio, this villa allows for recreation in comfort and calmness with uninterrupted and exciting views over the bay by day and night. The villa is within walking distance (10 minutes stroll) of Neo Chorio, which has a few authentic restaurants, coffe shops, craft shops and a shop for basic groceries.
Polis is less than 10 minutes easy drive away where you will find a good selection on restaurants, bars and all usual facilities like banks, pharmacies, supermarkets etc. Latchi, with its picturesque harbour and restaurant area is less than 5 minutes away.
The villa is ideally located to ramble through the Akamas National Park with its well known Bath of Aphrodite and to explore the Troodos foothills. Less than 5 minutes drive you will be on the beaches and enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea. Of the two airports in Cyprus, Larnaca and Paphos, Paphos being the nearest at approx. one hour.
Private swimming pool heat up with the energy from 30mē solar panels. This ensures in spring and at least up to the end of October a warm and comfortable swimming pool. There is also a BBQ at your disposal in the outside area of the villa.
